December, 2014, we sent 5 technicians to Paris, France for installation and commissioning of the equipment we exported including SC500 spiral cooler, 40HP compressor condensing unit, SC750 spiral cooler, 60HP rack compressor unit, SF750 spiral freezer, 2*70HP rack compressor unit, air cooled condensers and some conveyors to bring products down from spirals outlets. The products are dumplings. Our spiral cooler and spiral freezer work together to bring dumplings from fryer exit from +80 degree Celsius to -18 degree Celsius.
